Help with the app, your data, or an export someone has shown you.

Email [email protected]

Raiselo is made by Richville Torio, an independent developer. Every email is read by a person.

In an emergency, call your local emergency number. We can't step in between parents, check on anyone's safety or change a custody arrangement. If you feel unsafe, turn on safety mode in the app (Settings, then Safety mode) to lock Raiselo with a PIN and hide notification previews.

Help with the app

Tell us which phone you use, the version of Raiselo (Settings, then About) and what happened. A screenshot helps. Please don't send your password or any verification code.

Subscriptions and refunds

Subscriptions are billed by Apple or Google, so cancelling and refunds go through them:

One subscription covers the whole family, so either parent can see it. If the plan shown in the app looks wrong, go to Settings, then Subscription, and tap Restore purchases, then write to us if it's still wrong.

Your data and privacy

You can download a copy of your data in the app (Settings, then Download my data). For any other request about your personal data, write to us from the email address on your account. We reply within one month. The privacy notice explains what we keep and why.

Deleting your account

In the app, go to Settings, then Delete account. You'll be asked to sign in again first, and you have 7 days to change your mind.

If you can't use the app any more, email us from the address on your account with the subject "Delete my account" and we'll delete it for you. We may ask you to confirm the request from that address first.

Deleting your account removes your name, photo and sign-in. Messages, expenses and other entries you added stay part of your family's record, because the other parent relies on it. The retention schedule says how long they're kept.

If you disagree with your co-parent

Raiselo takes no side. We can't edit or remove messages, expenses or other entries, or settle a disagreement between parents, because the record has to stay as it was made. If you've been given read-only access you no longer want, or someone has access they shouldn't, a parent in the family can remove it under Settings, then People with access.

For lawyers, mediators and courts

You can check that a Raiselo PDF is genuine yourself at raiselo.com/verify, using the 12-character code printed on it. The PDF stays on your computer. We can only release a family's records when the law requires it, for example under a valid court order, so please send legal requests by email.
